READ-RITE CORPORATION TO PRESENT AT 30th ANNUAL JP MORGAN TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE 

FREMONT, CA � May 1, 2002 � Read-Rite Corporation today announced that they will present at the 30th Annual JP Morgan Technology Conference taking place at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco from May 6th to May 9th.  The company will present at 8:00 AM PDT on Wednesday, May 8th and will also have their presentation available via a live webcast.
